BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE
TRAVEL 360 air tickets issued in conjunction with a land package provide exceptional savings over buying your air independently. Our tickets do not carry strict penalties associated with "sale" fares or fares booked on the internet.

NUMEROUS GATEWAY CITIES
TRAVEL 360 offers numerous departure cities, which allows you the freedom to travel on one of our preferred airlines from any city served by that airline.

HOW WE SELECT YOUR FLIGHTS
Since seats for our low-cost airfares fill quickly, we urge you to book as early as possible.

Although we will try, TRAVEL 360 cannot always honor carrier or flight preferences. When nonstop or direct air space is not available in our special booking category from your preferred U.S. city, we will attempt to accommodate you on connecting flights, or suggest that you fly from an alternate city. If air space on the scheduled tour start/end date is unavailable, we may offer air on another day, adding one or more nights in the city where your tour starts or ends. Extra nights (see Departure Dates and Price box) and transfers are at your expense. We will advise your travel agent when air is only available in a more expensive booking category. If we are unable to confirm any air, we will revise your booking to land only.

Your travel agent will receive travel documents two to three weeks prior to tour departure, provided full payment has been received. Once air is confirmed, your travel agent can contact the carrier for special service requests, such as seat assignments, special meals and to advise frequent flyer numbers. TRAVEL 360 may also be able to confirm seat assignments. Ask when booking. Please keep a copy of your ticket or receipt in the event you need it later for proof of your flight; we are unable to supply ticket copies after your return.

GUARANTEED AIR-INCLUSIVE PRICES
Air tickets may be issued on the date we receive full payment in order to protect you from price increases. We encourage early payment to ensure that you are not subject to any airfare increases.

If you revise or cancel your air record after tickets are issued, revision fees or airline cancellation charges may be applicable. Please ask if any such charges apply before making changes.

Please be advised that electronic tickets will be issued for the majority of air itineraries. If you request a paper ticket, a surcharge may apply.

2. AIR
For up-to-the-minute air prices, ask your TRAVEL 360 Specialist. We can quote round-trip airfares and taxes immediately.

Air is on request until we confirm flight schedules via faxed invoice to you. If your client wishes to change the booking to land-only within two business days of air confirmation, there is no revision fee.

Otherwise, once air is confirmed, any change to flights, flight schedules or the spelling of passengers’ names incurs a modest $30 revision fee for processing the transaction. Please have your clients’ exact first and last names as they appear on their passports. Remember that any change to the spelling of a name requires that we cancel the incorrectly spelled reservation and try to reserve the same flights. Any changes after TRAVEL 360 issues air tickets are also subject to airline revision fees. Express delivery costs apply for changes made within five weeks of departure.

Airfares, airline regulations and flight schedules are subject to change without notice.

3. AIRPORT TRANSFERS
For air-inclusive vacations, transfers are included provided your clients arrive and depart on the tour start/end dates. If your client purchases the tour land-only and would like transfers, they may be purchased subject to flight verification. Please provide your client’s flight details at least five weeks prior to departure.

4. GROUPS
Our TRAVEL 360 Group Specialists can provide our group policy for any tour in this brochure. If the tours in this brochure don’t match your needs, they can design a tour to your request.

5. TRAVEL PROTECTION
TRAVEL 360 recommends travel protection so strongly that we include it on the initial deposit. The protection begins once we receive your client’s deposit including the insurance payment.

AIRPORT & TRAIN STATION
TRANSFERS FOR LOCALLY HOSTED
& INDEPENDENT VACATIONS

If you purchase your air through TRAVEL 360, round-trip airport transfers are provided free of charge on locally hosted vacations. Transfers between hotels and train stations are provided in some cities. Where they are not provided, you will find that hotels are within easy access (walking or a short taxi ride) from the central train stations. Of course, in cities where hotel/train station transfers are not provided, you can purchase them from TRAVEL 360.

FREE AIRPORT TRANSFERS ON
"AIR-INCLUSIVE" ESCORTED VACATIONS

You receive free airport transfers from your eastbound transatlantic flight to the first TRAVEL 360 tour hotel, and from the last tour hotel to your westbound flight, with the following restrictions:

  • LONDON: Airport transfers are available to TRAVEL 360 hotels every day of the week.
  • ALL OTHER CITIES: Transfers are provided for transatlantic flights only on the regular tour arrival and departure days.* Transfers are not available when you join late, leave early or extend your stay.

* Please refer to the Airport Transfers chart for time and terminal limitations.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS FOR ESCORTED "LAND ONLY" TOUR MEMBERS
For land only travelers, if you fly into international terminals regularly served by our transfer service you may purchase transfers for $20-$25 per person, one way, depending on the tour. Paid transfers are subject to the same restrictions as indicated for free transfers.

Your transfer will be confirmed after flights are verified by TRAVEL 360. Your air itinerary with arrival and departure flights, dates and times, along with your TRAVEL 360 invoice number, must be provided to the TRAVEL 360 Transfer Desk once your air is confirmed.
